Enriched by his different experiences with such prestigious establishments as the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm, Les Frères Troisgros in Roanne (France) or the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris (where he was the Director of Sommelliers and was involved in the creation of a superb wine cellar of 60,000 bottles and 1800 references), Enrico Bernardo is considered as one of the best chefs in the world of gastronomy and wine.
He develops a very active role in consulting, with the Bernardo Wine SL, offering services to companies, institutions, and lovers of wine. He creates wine cellars around the world, and also he has founded l’École d’Enrico Bernardo, where different wine tasting courses are offered; the purpose is to help the development of the wine culture.

Today he cooperates with the ASI, Association de le Sommellerie Internationale and ASPI, the Associazione della Sommellerie Professionale Italiana, with the objective to help the development of Sommelier profession and the encouragement of wine culture in the new generation.
